Download
TexGen is hosted on sourceforge and the latest version can be downloaded from here.
Installation
Prerequisites
You will need to download and install version 2.5 of Python which can be obtained from here.
Install
Run texgen-xxx.exe and follow the on screen instructions.
Running
If TexGen has successfully been installed you should be able to run it from the start menu:
Start -> Programs -> TexGen -> TexGen
