Static analysis

Hi Louise,

Referring to the above matter, I found some difficulties in changing the yarn and Matrix properties. When I change my yarn and matrix properties, it will save as default setting once I entered OK. How could I proceed if I would like to get a static analysis instead of dynamic, implicit analysis?

Is TexGen need me to change the parameter once I imported it to ABAQUS?

Hi Yanie,

The output from TexGen is for a dynamic analysis. You will need to make some changes to the file for a static analysis. Please refer to the ABAQUS User's Manual to find these.
