Problems with Rotate tool

Hi!

I'm working with TexGen, excellent-easily use efficient program, but I have some problems. I'm trying to modeling a carbon fiber material, and I need to made different layers, one above the other, of simple wave. But, and here comes the problem, I want to rotate the yarns in the XY plane 20 degress each time, and I don't find the way that ROTATION tool can be used. Is possible this simple action can't be done in Texgen? Please, I hope you can answer me.
