Hi,
We've just tried to install version 3.3.3 on a windows xp computer (french language) and it does not work. We did not have a previous version on and we downloaded the bundle.
We get the message (I'll try to translate it since it's in french) :
c\Program Files\TexGen\TexGenGIU.exe
This program cannot be started because the configuration is incorrect. Reinstall the program could solve the problem.
I've tried that, and it still does not work.
As a comapraison, I installed it on another computer which runs Windows 7 (english version this time) and it opens without a problem.
What should I look at?

Hi Annie,
This is a standard Windows message so it's not immediately obvious what the problem might be. As far as I'm aware there shouldn't be a problem with the fact that your computer is French language.
I think that the first thing that I would try would be to download version 3.3.2 to check whether it's just a problem with a particular version.
I would also check that you have administrator priveleges to ensure that all the necessary files are loaded.
