Hi Louise,
Your software is attractive.I love it.
I want to use the numpy module. So i install the standard non-bundle TexGen 3.10.0 version. I install the 32-bit 2.7.16 Python (Not the AMD) and then install the non-bunlde TexGen, Unfortunately, I can not open the Gui. Then I copy the Python27.dll from the windows/SysWOW64 to the TexGen folder. There was error opening. I must make the mistakes,Can you help me?
I try to install the texgen-bundle-64bit-Python27-3.10.0 version, The same situation happened.
The texgen-bundle-64bit-Python26-3.10.0 version works well for my 64-bit computer.
How can i install the non-bundle texgen-64bit-Python27-3.10.0 version.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Frank

Re: Can not open Gui
Hi Frank,
There have been some issues with the Python 27 build of TexGen with Windows 10. Which version of Windows are you running? I am in the process of sorting out a new release which will upgrade the wxWidgets and VTK libraries which seem to have been an issue with this.
I would imagine that there will be a problem if you try to use a 32-bit version of Python with the 64-bit build.
I assume that you need Python 27 to work with numpy? As a workaround, assuming that you're using scripts to generate your models, you could run your script from the command line using the Python 27 build of the TexGen libraries, save the model and then use the Python 26 version with the working GUI to visualise.
Sorry not to have a better answer at the moment but I am working on it!
Hope that helps,
Louise
