I want to simulate a fabric structure contact with the skin. I do not need detailed information but only the surface structure that looks like a texture. Can TexGen generate this kind of geometry? Thanks for your help!

I'm not sure I understand what you're after - do you just need something that shows the pattern on a flat surface? If so, TexGen may not be what you're after.
In order to generate a fabric structure in TexGen you have to specify the individual yarns, there is no other way to create a textile.
