I can't open the TexGenGUI on Version 3.11.0.

Dear Louise:
Your software, TexGen, is attractive and I download the newest version 3.11.0. After installing it, I find that I couldn't open the TexGenGUI.exe successfully. My Operating System is Win10. I have tried both the texgen-bundle-64bit-Python27-3.11.0 and texgen-Python27-3.11.0(Python2.7 installed) and the situations are the same. Fortunately, the last version, texgen-bundle-64bit-Python26-3.10.0 was installed on my computer and it still works well.
I feedback my situation to you and hope that it's would be useful.

Thanks for the feedback. This is a new version built on Windows 10. Could you give me some information about your system so that I can try to work out what the issue is? Do you get any error messages or does it just not open?

I'm glad to receive your reply. After installing the newest version 3.11.0, the TexGenGUI.exe just couldn't open and there are not any error messages appearing. My computer Operating System is Windows 10 (64-bit) Home Edition(version 17134). The CPU is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU@2.50GHz(64-bit).
