This isn't something which anyone in our group has done so don't have anything to share I'm afraid. I guess the easiest approach would be to write a script. There's a paper about honeycomb structures here https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.117 ... 3720931472. The model looks like it could have been created using TexGen but there's no reference to it. I had saved the paper as I thought it might make a nice student project to try and replicate but haven't had any takers for it yet!
