FROM TEXGEN TO ANSYS WORKBENCH

Hi.I want to analyze in ansys workbench program. But at the end of analysis I can't see yarn. There is only matrix. I want to see yarn displacement at the end of analysis Am I doing wrong while saving. Can you help me please.

Hello,
I'm not an Ansys user I'm afraid so can't be much help with questions about output from your simulation.
Have you checked the input file? You should see both yarn and matrix materials and node sets for each yarn. If you give some indication of what your TexGen model was then I may be able to be of more help.

I CHECKED THE OUTPUT FILE. I SAVE IT YARN AND MATRIX.BUT THERE IS ONLY THE MATRIX.I MADE AN ORTHOGONAL 3D FABRIC.

Which export option did you use? If you can send the model and details of export options selected then I can check if anything is going wrong with the export.

I proceed as in the photo, then I save it as abaqus input file. Then I open the workbench file. There I right click on the finite element module and load the file I saved.

Please could you send the Abaqus input file so that I can see what it's producing?

If there's a problem with it then I may be able to help. If it looks ok then you will probably need to seek help on an Ansys forum as I am not an Ansys user.
