I had trouble in running the texgen 11.0, I get the message there is no :api-mswin-crt-runtime-l1-1.0.dll

Sorry you're having issues with the new TexGen version. I'm not sure why you're getting this error. I did a search and it seems to be saying that the redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 is missing. The new version was built with VS2017 so I'm a bit mystified by this. You could see if you can download the missing file which might fix the problem.
What system are you running on? If you can give me any more information it will give me more of a chance of working out what's going on.
