Mat composite

Hello, I would like to use texgen to model the MAT composite, so I am looking for examples, please help me, Thank you very much

I'm not sure what you mean by MAT composite - can you give an example please?

Hi, MAT composite is a composite material that a fiber hhad a randomly orientations. Thanks

Hi,

I thought that was probably what you meant but just wanted to check. I don't have any examples of anyone trying to model this using TexGen. You'd have to generate short lengths of yarn at random orientations and it would need to use an RVE rather than a unit cell. I think you'll find quite a lot on modelling this sort of material if you do a literature search but it isn't really what Texgen is set up to do (currently).
